As an athlete who went from a heavy meat diet to 100% vegan, I have asked myself all these questions. I understand that my nutrition is just as important as my training for physical performance. After many years of reading and experimenting, I have lost body fat and increased both my strength and fitness on this lifestyle.

I’ve been vegan for over 8 years now. I’ve been obsessed with vegan nutrition and exploring vegan recipes, and now I want to share all this knowledge with you. I am Certified in Vegan Nutrition and have learnt the many health benefits that the plant-based diet can bring to your life.

I used to watch my father cooking in the kitchen as a kid, so I’ve appreciated good food from a young age. It wasn’t until I went to university that I really had fun playing in the kitchen, experimenting with different ingredients.

People ask me if I miss certain animal based foods since going vegan, but the answer is simply no. If anything, I’ve become more creative in the kitchen and I’m enjoying new recipes all the time.

Now I want to teach others that a plant-based diet can be varied, full of delicious recipes and fill all your nutritional needs.

I’ll show you how to prepare and cook healthy, delicious food which will improve your results in and out of the gym and how to make it affordable.
