Hi. My name is Matt and I’ve been working in the health & fitness industry for over a decade.

Ever since I started playing basketball as a child, I became obsessed with having fun while exercising and always driving to improve my performance.

I later discovered martial arts and weights training, and this became a huge part of my life.

I am now lucky enough to work in the health & fitness industry and share my knowledge with people every day.

Watching my clients improve week by week and achieve their goals is so rewarding and I hope I can help you too.
