As an athlete who went from a heavy meat diet to 100% vegan, I have asked myself all these questions. I understand that my nutrition is just as important as my training for physical performance. After many years of reading and experimenting, I have lost body fat and increased both my strength and fitness on this lifestyle.
I’ve been vegan for over 11 years now. I’ve been obsessed with vegan nutrition and exploring vegan recipes, and now I want to share all this knowledge with you. I am Certified in Vegan Nutrition and have learnt the many health benefits that the plant-based diet can bring to your life.

- When it comes to optimising your health or physical performance, your nutrition is essential to take care of. This is something people really struggle with and I think especially when it comes to the Vegan Diet. This is where I can help.
- The idea of the Vegan Meal Plans are to help you get a real hold of your Nutrition so you can be in control of everything, and be sure you are getting the right amount of calories and protein etc that your body needs depending on your goals.
- Whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle and strength or learn more about Healthy Vegan Cooking, I am here to help you.
- My plans are designed based on your lifestyle and current cooking habits, so if you prefer to batch cook at the weekend or you like to cook something every night I can adapt it accordingly.
- I take into consideration if you have any allergies or intolerances. The plans include Recipes and even a Weekly Shopping List. You will receive a week plan and I can adjust it week by week as you need.
