I have been training with Matt since January 2019, after specifically looking for a vegan personal trainer. Matts style of training is perfect for me as it has helped me improve my balance, and I have been working more muscle groups than I would using just machines. I have lost nearly a stone in weight so far and enjoy the recipes we share together. I have definitely felt more inspired and motivated to cook healthy, plant based meals since training with Matt.
