Over many years, I’ve coached a wide variety of people including absolute beginners who have never stepped in the gym before and even athletes who were preparing for sprinting competitions, and semi-pro footballers and boxers.

So, whether you want to learn some basic exercise techniques, or you’ve been plateauing with results after years of training, I’m sure I’ll be able to help.

I’ll guide you through your workouts focusing on executing each exercise with precise technique. I’ll be by your side to help you push for that final rep and always ensure you get the most out of every session.

What’s included?

All sessions take place at M20 Personal Training Studio M20 5WY and last 60 minutes. There is no membership fee requirement to access the studio. We have toilets, a shower and a water station.
