Are you looking to get fitter, stronger and lose some fat, but you’re sick of the gym? Do you get bored trying to push yourself through monotonous workouts and still not seeing results? Why not come and try our bootcamp?

We welcome all fitness levels and ages (16+). Whether you train 5 times a week already or you’ve never lifted a weight before, we have something here for you. The exercises are varied to work on all areas of your fitness and hit every muscle in your body. We also tailor the workouts to whoever comes, so you don’t need to worry about competing with others.

Each session is designed to push everyone to their own maximum pace all the while having fun together.
